Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you hire us

General Questions

What areas do you serve?

We're based near Greenville, MS, and serve the entire Mississippi Delta region. We've also completed jobs as far away as Texas.

What types of jobs do you take?

No job is too big or too small. We’ve done everything from residential driveways to large-scale commercial sites like Amazon fulfillment centers.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We’ve been in this business for over 30 years and treat every job like it's our own land.

How do I get a quote?

Call or text 662-571-5257 or email us at [email protected]. We’ll schedule a time to walk the site and give you a fair quote.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We operate professional-grade excavators, mulchers, dozers, and graders suited for anything from brush clearing to full site prep.

Can you handle drainage and erosion issues?

Yes. We regularly build ponds, retention basins, and properly graded pads to manage water flow and reduce erosion risk.

How long will my project take?

Most small jobs take 1–3 days. Larger commercial work varies depending on scope and weather, but we’ll give you a realistic timeline up front.

Do you offer emergency or last-minute services?

When our schedule allows, yes — especially after storms or for urgent access needs. Call us and we’ll do our best to prioritize your job.

What should I do to prepare my property before you arrive?

Clear the area of personal items, pets, and vehicles if possible. If you’re unsure, we’ll walk the site with you ahead of time to make sure it's ready.

Can you help with permitting?

We don’t handle permitting directly, but we can tell you if your job is likely to need it and point you to the right office or documentation.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — for most jobs, we take a small deposit to hold the date and cover mobilization. The rest is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

How do weather conditions affect scheduling?

Heavy rain or saturated ground can delay certain projects like grading or pad installation. We’ll keep you in the loop and adjust as needed to protect the quality of the work.
